Appraisal: Del. Supreme Court to Hear Oral Arguments in Aruba Networks
This morning, the Delaware Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the appeal of Vice Chancellor Laster’s decision in the Aruba Networks appraisal case. The proceedings are scheduled for 10:00 am EDT, and will be livestreamed if you’re interested in checking them out.
