CFIUS: Ralls Corp. Sues to Overturn President Obama’s Executive Order Blocking an Acquisition
As noted in this WSJ article – entitled “Chinese-Owned Firm Sues Obama Over Wind-Farm Project” – President Obama signed an executive order last week blocking Ralls Corp.’s acquisition of four wind-farm projects in Oregon – and Ralls Corp. has mounted a legal challenge to the Executive Branch’s national security review of the transaction.
