Delaware Supreme Court Affirms Damages and Fee Award in Southern Peru

Yesterday, the Delaware Supreme Court affirmed Chancellor Strine’s decision from last year in Southern Peru. Justice Berger filed a brief partial dissent disagreeing with the Chancellor’s attorney’s fee analysis.
