Online Course: Tackling Equity Compensation Issues Related to Mergers & Acquisitions
Surprising given the environment, a number of law firms are taking advantage of the upcoming NASPP online course “Tackling Equity Compensation Issues Related to Mergers & Acquisitions.” My guess is that the slow deal market gives folks time to train.
