Strine Tapped as Next Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice
The betting favorite came in (here’s a blog about the four that applied for the gig). Yesterday, the Delaware Governor nominated Delaware Court of Chancery Chancellor Leo Strine to become the next Chief Justice of Delaware’s Supreme Court. By the way, Strine would be only the eighth Chief Justice in Delaware – the Delaware Supreme Court wasn’t created until 1951…
