ESG considerations are increasingly "front and center" for both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. Buyers may enhance their own ESG performance through synergistic transactions, and sellers with positive ESG stories may enhance their potential valuations. But there are also ESG-related risks that need to be factored into the due diligence and negotiation process. Join these experts:

  • Richard Massony, Associate, Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP
  • Andrew Sherman, Partner, Seyfarth Shaw LLP
  • Bella Zaslavsky, Partner, K&L Gates LLP

Topics of this Webcast are:

  • Assessing ESG Risks and Opportunities
  • ESG & Fiduciary Duties
  • ESG Opportunities in Transaction Financing
  • ESG Due Diligence and Risk Mitigation
  • Negotiating ESG-Related Deal Terms
  • Post-Closing Considerations
