Each industry has their own unique issues, characteristics & style when it comes to deals. That is particularly true when it comes to deals that implicate the government in some way. Join these experts:

Among the topics of this program are:

  • What is the current environment for doing deals in the aerospace, defense and government services (ADG) industry? What are the general trends and outlook for 2020?
  • What are key issues in M&A involving US government contractors? What are the implications for buyers and sellers?
  • What is the impact of The Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act (FIRRMA) on the CFIUS process and M&A in the ADG industry generally?
