HSR: FTC Modifies Filing Rules to Allow for DVDs
Last month, the Federal Trade Commission adopted amendments to its HSR Premerger Notification Rules, streamlining the instructions to the HSR form & making it easier to file by allowing parties to submit the HSR form (and all accompanying documents) on a DVD.
