Broc has served as assistant general counsel at a Fortune 50 company, was in the Office of Chief Counsel of the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance, acted as Counselor to former SEC Commissioner Unger and was in private practice. Broc frequently writes and speaks about corporate and securities law - and is Editor of the Corporate Governance Advisor. In the early 2000s, Broc served for five years as the Managing Editor for The M&A Lawyer. Dave has served as Chief Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance. Dave also worked in the Division of Corporation Finance as a staff attorney and special counsel, and was in private practice at WilmerHale, where he advised public and private companies in SEC matters, securities transactions and corporate governance. Dave frequently writes and speaks about corporate and securities law and teaches a corporate governance class at Georgetown University.
